It is constructed by Genevan against activities of Byzantium residents against Genevan. They had constructed this tower for preventing all kinds of attacks to the region.
In the tower, there is a rock stairs which ascends with revolving within the walls till to big landing. Recently it is restored on 1967, and an elevator is put within it, and a restaurant is put on other floors.
