It is around Edirnekapi, at Sultan Selim region. It is completed on 1522 during Kanuni Sultan Suleyman period.
In the writing at main entrance, it is recorded that its construction is ordered by I. Selim, and according to some sources it is said that it is constructed by his son in the memory of his father.
